Leonard Bergman brings 50+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, including the last 28 years as a Senior Project Architect, Principal-in-Charge, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Bergman, Walls & Associates. He has extensive experience in retail, dining, entertainment, high rise, and large-scale gaming venues with completed hospitality projects throughout the United States, both in Las Vegas and in Indian Country. Before joining BWA, Leonard spent 25 years working in the building trades. His unique background in both construction and architecture brings a comprehensive approach to project delivery with extensive experience in managing fast-track, multifaceted projects. He has a well-trained eye for detail in all aspects of design and construction. Leonard’s experience has translated into a history of hospitality projects that combine innovative design with proven quality while meeting both the client’s budget and schedule.
He continues to serve clients both directly and by providing leadership to BWA’s senior team members.
