Meeta Shah

Meeta Shah brings 25+ years of experience in architecture, construction, and project management. She is a registered Architect in the state of Nevada and a member of AIA. She has extensive experience in hospitality, entertainment, convention, institutional and tenant improvement projects. Before joining BWA, Meeta worked as an Owner’s Representative with MGM Resorts and was part of the opening team with Resorts World. Her experience as an Architect for 15 years and 10 years as an Owner’s Representative brings a diverse perspective to project planning and programming, scope definition, design development, assistance with pre-construction, estimation process, and overseeing projects through completion. Her focus is to deliver a project that meets the requirements without compromising design integrity, brand identity, budget limits and schedule requirements. She has a passion for design, construction and management and believes that the beauty of design sits at the crux of details and execution.
