The Architecture and Interior Design team (BWA and Jeffrey Beers International) were given the task of replicating the heritage, ambiance, and essence of the iconic Peter Luger Steak House’s original Williamsburg location to the Las Vegas market.

The design honors the brand’s heritage with a red brick façade, blackened steel accents, lantern sconces, and a custom entry fresco featuring hexagon penny tiles and the original logo.

Inside, rich materials—including dark wood flooring, grand brass chandeliers, and industrial windows—create a dramatic yet authentic atmosphere that catered to preferences of the Las Vegas audience. A curated collection of black-and-white photography by Gregoire Abrial pays tribute to the restaurant’s Brooklyn roots. The addition of an expo kitchen enhances the guest experience with visual energy and culinary theater.
