BWA’s expansion transforms the property into a full-service premier resort destination and elevate its status as a regional entertainment and hospitality hub
The Yakama Nation Legends Casino in Toppenish, Washington (owned by the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation) underwent an expansion. Designed by Bergman, Walls & Associates, the 183,000 square foot expansion included a six-story hotel with 200 guest rooms and suites, anchoring the resort’s lodging experience with modern comfort and Yakama-inspired design elements; a full-service spa featuring cedar and steam saunas, soaking rituals, and wellness pods; new convention and conference center, enhancing the resort’s versatility; restaurant renovation; and expansion of the valet garage. The project also included expansion of the casino’s gaming floor by more than 50,000 square feet, bringing its size to over 87,000 square feet total.
The expansion reflects the Yakama Nation’s commitment to long-term economic development, cultural pride, and guest satisfaction—positioning Legends Casino Hotel as a premier destination in Central Washington.
BWA continues to provide ongoing project support at the property, with additional projects including executive offices and a new secondary entry porte cochere.
