BWA served as Architect of Record for the renovation and rebranding of the former Jubilee Tower at Horseshoe Las Vegas, now integrated into Paris Las Vegas as the Versailles Tower. Inspired by elegant Parisian apartments, the design blends classic sophistication with modern comfort, making guests feel like they are staying in an elegant, Parisian-inspired apartment in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

The project incorporated 756 guestrooms and suites—some of the largest on the Strip—starting at 420 square feet, with 38 rooms featuring rare 55-square-foot balconies with unrivaled views overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard. The addition of the new tower raises the resort’s total room count to 3,672. The renovation included both interior and exterior upgrades, a new pedestrian footbridge, and refreshed corridors.
