BWA’s expansion enhances the patron experience at Snoqualmie Casino’s picturesque property, while delivering the excitement of a Las Vegas Strip casino resort
The Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel Expansion Project marks a bold new chapter to position one of Washington State’s premier gaming destinations as a world-class casino resort —one that blends the excitement, energy, and scale of the Las Vegas Strip with the authenticity and natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest —and transcend the property beyond gambling.
The Snoqualmie Tribe wished to construct a great lodge, with venues and amenities typically found at Las Vegas Strip hotels. At the heart of the expansion is a new 210-room luxury hotel tower, which seamlessly connects to a destination spa, fitness center, and spa pool, creating a wellness-focused guest retreat. Adjacent to the hotel, a 2,000-seat entertainment and convention center serves as a flexible venue for concerts, conferences, and private events, with a dividable ballroom and banquet kitchen.
The casino floor has been significantly enlarged, with new slots, table games, and a remodeled non-smoking gaming area within the footprint of the former ballroom. A new sports bar, indoor/outdoor deck, and coffee shop enhance social and culinary options, while new signature restaurants introduce elevated dining experiences. A multi-level parking structure includes valet services. Outside, the Porte Cochere frames a tranquil water feature.
Throughout the design process, BWA collaborated closely with the Snoqualmie Tribe’s cultural committee to integrate traditional tribal artwork and symbolic elements into the architecture and interiors. This cultural infusion ensures that the expansion not only delivers modern amenities, but also honors the Tribe’s heritage and connection to the land.
