BWA’s master plan brings together hospitality, entertainment, and commercial space in a cohesive environment inspired by the energy and scale of the Las Vegas Strip
The Odaiba Strip is a 40-hectare master-planned entertainment district in Tokyo Bay. Designed as a vibrant pedestrian plaza, the development connects a variety of venues into a cohesive destination experience that appeals to both tourists and locals and stimulates the senses at every turn.
BWA’s master plan and program for the district includes two integrated resorts, a lifestyle retail center, theater, concert pavilion, maritime museum, casino, convention spaces, a spa, nightclub, and a drift racecourse where guests can drive real race cars. Every element is crafted to deliver sensory impact, social energy, and immersive entertainment.
