BWA created a phased, multi-dimensional master plan and updates for the property that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the guest experience
Mystic Lake Casino stakeholders engaged BWA to develop a comprehensive master plan to resolve longstanding spatial challenges and unify the property’s fragmented layout. Over time, a series of disconnected additions had created inaccessible zones and disrupted the flow of the guest experience within the existing facility.
BWA’s solution was a dynamic, multi-phase plan that reimagined the property with clarity, cohesion, and a more inviting environment for guests. The ten-year master plan introduced new retail space, bars and dining outlets, a 21,024-square-foot entertainment center/showroom, two new parking garages, a golf course clubhouse, integration of the separate Little Six Casino, and an expanded casino floor.
BWA unified the spaces with an interior remodel that consolidated previous additions, opening up view corridors and creating a spacious and coherent design.
BWA also added a third Hotel Tower to complement the existing towers integrating the Tower within the existing footprint of the facility for a seamless guest experience.
