BWA worked with Caesars Entertainment to bring their fully immersive Parisian experience in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip to life

Completed in 1999 for Caesars Entertainment, Paris Las Vegas was master planned and designed by BWA to evoke the elegance, charm, and vibrancy of the City of Light, through immersive architecture, iconic replicas, and romantic urban design. The result is a defining example of destination architecture where cultural homage meets entertainment spectacle.

BWA’s master plan emphasized urban layering, visual storytelling, and experiential design, guiding guests through a sequence of Parisian moments—from sidewalk cafés and boutique storefronts to grand boulevards and intimate courtyards. The resort’s architectural language blends Beaux-Arts detailing, historic masonry, and romantic lighting, creating a timeless atmosphere that celebrates both the fantasy and authenticity of Paris.

Spanning 4.5 million square feet with a walkable, village-like layout, the resort includes: a skyline-defining, 541-foot half-scale replica of the Eiffel Tower, with a glass elevator leading to an observation deck and gourmet restaurant 100 feet above the Strip; a 95,000-square-foot casino, designed to reflect the grandeur of European gaming halls; a 34-story hotel tower with 2,916 guestrooms, featuring custom furnishings and rich textiles; a two-acre rooftop pool deck, offering panoramic views and a serene escape above the city; a 20,000-square-foot European-style health spa; 145,000 square feet of convention space; and 35,000 square feet of retail.

The resort also features architectural recreations of the Arc de Triomphe, Hôtel de Ville, Paris Opera House, and The Louvre integrated into the resort’s exterior and interior design.
