BWA partnered on a transformative series of projects at The LINQ, reimagining the property from casino-centric into a dynamic hub for entertainment, hospitality, and next-generation guest engagement

Central to The LINQ’s evolution was the complete remodel of 2,640 guestrooms and suites. BWA delivered conceptual design of all suites and standard rooms, pairing curated, streamlined contemporary furnishings with bold wallcoverings and custom artwork in a youthful, energetic aesthetic.

Expanding on this fresh approach, BWA contributed to the development of signature social and entertainment venues. THE BOOK is a groundbreaking interactive bar and sports lounge, blending traditional gaming with cutting-edge experiences, including rentable living rooms with oversized TVs, virtual reality stations, a holographic gaming platform, and a lively sports bar enhanced with performance stages. RE:MATCH is an experiential Strip-side bar and casino lounge that combines immersive technology with high-energy social interaction. It features 27 interactive touchscreen bar panels, responsive underwater-themed visuals, slots, arcade-style games, and LED-enhanced table games, and a custom DJ booth synchronized across the casino floor.

BWA extended this spirit of innovation into a broadcast-ready studio space, ESPN DAILY WAGER. Overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and designed with floor-to-ceiling glass, the studio provides a striking platform for high-impact productions with multiple studio environments, and dramatic lighting and scenic elements.

Together, these projects showcase BWA’s ability to deliver environments that seamlessly merge design, technology, and entertainment—all within an aggressive construction schedule.
