BLVD Las Vegas reflects the evolution of the Strip—where immersive design, social engagement, and experiential retail converge in this new next-generation retail destination

BLVD Las Vegas is a 400,000-square-foot high-profile, high-impact activated destination that balances bold retail presence with immersive, tech-forward experiences. BLVD features restaurants, apparel, entertainment, tech, and social spaces, including rooftop dining and entertainment areas, all in a visually striking environment.


The three-story complex (and the largest standalone retail destination on the Strip) features two levels of retail and experiential venues, topped by The Overlook—a 110,000-square-foot rooftop terrace offering unobstructed views of the Strip. This open-air lounge is designed as a social magnet, combining dining, entertainment, and selfie-worthy moments in a vibrant outdoor setting. The mix of fashion, food, and entertainment is curated to appeal to a broad audience, with major national brands and flagship events.


BLVD’s design also emphasizes accessibility and energy. With over 700 feet of Strip frontage, the development invites exploration through pedestrian-friendly pathways, free self-parking, and dedicated rideshare zones.
