Guests enter the property from the main porte cochere into a skylighted grand court or from the tree-lined north entry reminiscent of Main Street to the 90,000 SF gaming Riverboat with an additional 180,000 SF of restaurants, entertainment venues, lounges, retail and all manner of front and back of the house support facilities. The boat to land transition appears and feels seamless such that guests do not realize that they are actually on the water. In fact, they are sitting in a concrete basin approximately 20 feet higher than the nearby Mississippi River.
