In this expansion project, BWA redefines luxury and entertainment with expanded casino floor, rooftop dining, and solar powered parking structure
BWA’s transformative expansion project for The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria reinforces the property’s status as Northern California’s premier entertainment destination. In its design, BWA maintained Graton’s existing aesthetic while introducing complementary architectural elements, balancing sleek, modern design with cultural references that honor tribal heritage, including curated art installations.
At the heart of the expansion is a 144,000-square-foot casino floor addition, featuring nearly 2,000 new slot machines, a dedicated high-limit gaming area, a state-of-the-art poker room, and a sports bar designed for high-energy social engagement.
Above the gaming floor, a 28,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant provides indoor and outdoor seating for up to 480 guests, with panoramic views and a vibrant culinary destination.
The expansion also includes a five-level parking structure equipped with solar panels and EV charging stations designed to support sustainable growth.
