This BWA project exemplifies how strategic design can unlock the potential of existing assets, turning a dormant property into a vibrant, revenue-generating hub
Located in the heart of District 1 - the central business and cultural district of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and its vibrant urban core – this BWA project transforms an underutilized three-story office building into a high-energy nightlife destination. The repurposed building underwent a dramatic architectural overhaul, featuring a new glass elevator, expanded window openings, and a fully re-clad stone façade that adds texture and sophistication.
The parking garage was gutted and converted into an open-air bar, activating the street frontage and drawing in foot traffic. The former parking lot was replaced with a tranquil koi pond, setting the tone for a multi-sensory guest experience.
